Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia is a model as well as an actress. She gained recognition in Australia through her character Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap series Neighbors in a series of ten episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. She arrived in Hollywood by way of two different projects which included the first, musical comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she portrayed an actress who is making her debut in Hollywood. Then by landing a recurring part in the 9th season of Scrubs in the role of Maya the very hot medical student. The show is then abruptly put on hold. In the following months, she continued to film a Farrelly brothers comedy called Good To Shoot starring Jason Sudeiki and Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter the actress was featured in the short-form series as well as B-series films. The year 2013 saw her debut, she had the opportunity to undertake more demanding tasks. The actress was in six episodes of the crime drama Franklin and Bash, and then got her first role as a regular character in the web series Chosen which starred Milo Ventimiglia. In the two first seasons she provides an answer for Chad Michael Murray. She then played supporting roles in two feature films that took place on planes. One of them was a TV film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500, featuring actors from television shows. The other one is Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She portrays a flight assistant. However, she also shares the cover of a brand new program on television called Matador with Gabriel Luna. The season for this thriller with the stars who portray CIA agents under Robert Rodriguez's direction, has only 13 episodes. In the meantime, she is working on a pilot show which does not work out. In 2015, she also released the trailer for a B-series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause Then she was as the comic Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The original Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, was also released widely. She also appears in five episodes of the Satisfaction series.
