Tracy Spiridakos has been nominated for the title of Best Actress on Television by the post-apocalyptic science-fiction show on NBC called Revolution. Spiridakos is a native of Winnipeg in Manitoba was raised by Greek parents. Her family lived in Skala, a Greek village located in Skala (near Sparta) when Spiridakos was just four years young. After the age of nine, they moved back to Canada. She has a strong affinity with her Greek heritage and speaks fluent Greek. She was a 2000 graduate from Oak Park High School Winnipeg.
